Is it really free?
Yes. We build your first website free and show it to you as a free preview we built for you. You only pay if you decide to keep it with a small monthly plan.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Your site stays online and safe, and you can message us whenever your hours, prices or photos change — we make the change. Higher plans add things like help with reviews and a monthly report. You can see exactly what each plan includes on the prices page.
How long until my website is ready?
Usually a few minutes. You answer four little questions, and we send your website link as soon as it's ready.
What happens after 48 hours?
The free preview goes away unless you make it yours. If you come back later, you can still tell us you want it, and we'll take it from there.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I own my domain and content?
We connect your domain to your website. If you'd like to know exactly what you own and what happens if you ever leave, just ask us — we'll answer in plain words before you decide anything.
